Try everything. The main thing is that you exercise.
I continue to give my body new challenges. I often integrate these into everyday life.
Lifting a crate of water into the boot of a car, jumping a few steps when sprinting for the bus, or simply watching TV whilst sitting cross-legged on the floor. There are so many movements that challenge us in everyday life.
I train my body by doing functional exercises and I continue to try different sports. It´s about balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, turns, reactions, speed, stretching and much more.
Variety is important as it continually gives my body new challenges.
The energy of the body is so valuable. It helps us to age healthily.
So: get up and move!
