We will train our strength, stamina, reactions, and balance in a small group in the center of Heidelberg. The workouts are based on surfing skills, such as paddle power, take-off speed and balance on the surfboard. But anyone who wants to improve their fitness level can participate.
No matter whether we do funcitonal training exercises, strength training or incorporate elements from Budokon-Yoga, one thing is for sure . . . the Surf-Workout by ORIGINAL POWERis varied and fun!
And we won’t forget the "high-five" at the end.
The new classes will take place as soon as the situation has eased.
